Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect address, we can arrange to reship the order once the additional shipping costs have been paid.

As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally exempt from the standard European Union right of withdrawal for personalized goods.
