At Classic Moto Co, every item is made to order and shipped directly from our trusted print partners. This production process helps reduce waste while ensuring every order is created specifically for you. We proudly ship to customers worldwide.

Production Times

All products are produced after your order is placed. Apparel typically requires 2–7 business days for production, while accessories generally require 2–5 business days. During holidays or peak shopping periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin once production has been completed. Delivery estimates are as follows:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Australia: 5–12 business days

• Canada: 5–12 business days

• United Kingdom & Europe: 5–15 business days

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local postal services, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking details within a reasonable time after production has been completed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Classic Moto Co is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect address, we can arrange to reship the order once the additional shipping costs have been paid.

EU Consumer Rights

As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally exempt from the standard European Union right of withdrawal for personalized goods. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
