International Customs & Duties

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Classic Moto Co is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect address, we can arrange to reship the order once the additional shipping costs have been paid.

As our products are custom-made to order, they are generally exempt from the standard European Union right of withdrawal for personalized goods. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly provide a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
